Components

Lean tube components are the fundamental building blocks of modular systems used extensively in lean manufacturing environments. Typically consisting of steel pipes coated in plastic, these components are designed for flexibility and ease of assembly.

A key feature is their ability to be connected using a variety of joints and fasteners, allowing for the rapid construction of bespoke structures without the need for welding or specialised tools. This modularity means that configurations can be quickly adapted or dismantled and reused, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and reducing waste in production processes.

Tubes

In a tube and joint system, the tube serves as the primary structural element. Tubes act like the skeleton of the system. They provide the framework that supports loads—this could be for shelving, workstations, carts, flow racks, or custom equipment.

Brackets

Brackets are used to connect, support, and stabilise the tubes at various angles and configurations. Brackets allow for the connection of two or more tubes at fixed angles. They act as a clamp or sleeve, holding the pipes securely in place.

Track

Often used in modular racking, workstations, and material handling setups a track provides a path for materials to move along in a controlled and repeatable way. This is especially useful in Flow racks for FIFO (First-In, First-Out) systems using gravity-fed roller tracks, where materials slide down from one end to the other.

Accessories

You name it and it can probably be incorporated into your design. Levelling feet, Casters, Bins, Label holders, Hooks, Tool holders and Monitor mounts can all be added or retrofitted as required.
